Investing in therapy can change your life, literally.

Therapy is an investment in yourself.

In therapy, we explore what makes you, well, you. We’ll make sense of your past, improve your present, and move you toward a future that feels exciting and aligned.

I’ve spent tens of thousands of hours studying, practicing, and refining my technique for your benefit. I take on fewer clients than some other therapists so I can show up fully and give you exceptional care like you deserve. My fee is $200 per 55 minute session.

You don’t have to keep spinning your wheels trying to solve problems on your own.

Just like when your car brakes start squealing or the ice maker on your refrigerator stops pumping out that ice you love so much, you have a decision to make when you find yourself stuck in thoughts, emotions, or patterns that you’re tired of.

You can find a YouTube video and try to troubleshoot it yourself. Or you can hire a professional and free up your energy for more important things, like growing your career (or business) and living your life to the fullest.

Therapy combines our expertise to help you fix what’s not working.

Therapy is a little different than hiring a mechanic or an appliance repair person because I can’t do all of the work for you. You’re a human, not a machine— you don’t come with an instruction manual. Luckily, you’re an expert on your own life.

When you invest your time, money, and energy into therapy with me, I provide you with:

  • Professional mental health expertise

  • Accountability on your goals

  • A gentle, supportive environment

  • A healing space just for you

  • Proven tools that actually work

Common questions about investing in therapy:

  • For Florida residents only: I see a limited number of individuals with Aetna insurance. If you’d like to use your insurance benefits to pay for therapy, ask me for more info during our consultation.

Everyone else: If you have any other insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, I can give you a receipt for sessions (also known as a “superbill”) that you can submit for reimbursement, which might offset your personal investment in therapy.

  • I do not have any sliding scale or student rates at this time.

  • I see most clients on a weekly or every other week basis, and sometimes less frequently as we get closer to completing our work together.

If you want to start out with every other week that’s okay as long as it’s enough to meet your current needs. I can help you figure that out.

  • I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged the full session fee ($200). This is because I reserve your time slot and am typically unable to fill it with less than 24 hours notice.

If you have an emergency or extenuating circumstance and want to discuss the possibility of a refund, let me know.

  • It’s hard to estimate the length of therapy because it depends on so many variables. Most clients feel some relief rather quickly because they’ve been waiting a while to talk about what’s bothering them.

You should plan to commit at least 3 and up to 6 months to achieve noticeable changes. Some people feel equipped to move forward on their own at that time.

Others find ongoing support helpful, and choose to stick around longer. The majority of my clients stay in therapy for 6-12 months, or longer. It’s your choice.
